It is fair to say that the last few months have been somewhat challenging, but at Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd we have remained positive and been there to support to our introducers throughout the pandemic and continue to help them seek crucial funding for their valued customers. Our introducers cover a variety of sectors including commercial vehicle suppliers, equipment suppliers and IT companies and we have used our expertise and extensive funding panel to ensure that our excellent service levels have continued throughout the rollercoaster of COVID-19.
During lockdown, our internal sales support team have remained on hand supporting dealers with incoming new business and ongoing enquiries. We worked remotely from home efficiently and kept up the excellent support our introducers have consistently received throughout our business relationship. With a panel of 75 funders, we have strived to find homes for all our introducer’s deals throughout this constant changing landscape. During this unprecedented time, we have still managed to source funding for all manner of business entities from sole traders to large limited companies. Our experience means we can help customers in a range of circumstances to acquire the finance required to help their business to grow.
The pandemic has certainly put us through our paces. Remote working, child care, CBILs, BBBLs and changing credit policies have all added to the challenge of finding the right finance solution for our introducer’s customers. With so many businesses affected by COVID, naturally, our funders require further information on what action customers have taken to safeguard their businesses and information on what help has been received from the government such as CBILS loans. We have made every effort to make this process as smooth as possible with our partners, offering our dedicated and unrivalled support assisting in gathering the extra pieces of information necessary and answering all the funders additional requirements.
