All of our members get Appointed Representative status with our sister company AFS Compliance so you can trade with confidence knowing you have comprehensive compliance support provided by one of the largest compliance teams in the industry. Mike Geddes, the Group Compliance Director is regularly called upon to input into industry wide consultations on regulatory matters and members of the team are trainers for the Finance Education Centre, instructing on Conduct and Compliance best practice. As a result our external independent compliance audits are consistently A+ rated. What’s more is we also include comprehensive PII cover and trade body membership as part of our package.

Systems and IT

Our bespoke Broker System allows you to propose and manage deals efficiently, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. It also provides rich data and insights to help you refine your proposals, boosting your chances of success.

But there is no need to be an IT expert. Our dedicated IT team handles all aspects of email and IT support, ensuring you have the technology you need to succeed. From supplying and setting up computers to providing ongoing support, we’ve got you covered.

Marketing resources

Our in house marketing team consists of career long marketeers with industry experience in Financial Services gained both broker and lender side. Together, they have penned a useful marketing toolkit which gives you hints and tips on the most common marketing techniques. They have also designed a number of out of the box marketing campaigns that you can send using the marketing module of our Broker System.

Acting as your virtual team they can assist with everything from brand creation to marketing strategy and tactical campaign delivery, ensuring the necessary compliance sign off along the way.

Training and education

As a member of the AFS community of brokers you will benefit from collective knowledge and expertise helping you to deliver compliant and timely solutions for your clients. In partnership with the Finance Education Centre, we offer structured learning and development opportunities. Whether you’re new to the broking industry or an experienced broker, their courses cover a wide range of topics at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.  You will also benefit from other training and development opportunities provided by funders as part of their commitment to working with AFS – meetings, webinars, focus groups etc.
